Bric-a-Brac-a-Bistro
The Bistro is one of the core businesses at Emmaus Village Carlton and together with the Bric-a-Brac shop next door is
one of the main attractions to the site.
The Bistro building has been greatly improved in recent years and this has enabled us to meet the growing
demand as visitor numbers have increased. In 2008 building work was carried out to create a professional, commercial
kitchen to replace the far smaller galley style kitchen which had been used up to this point. In 2009 the bulding
itself was extended to create large conservatory seating area, this increased table numbers to take advantage of
the improved kitchen facilities.

Bric-a-Brac Shop
In our Shop next to the Bistro, we have stalls selling smaller items such as bric-a-brac, books, jewellery and
ornaments. There are many hours of pleasurable browsing to be had!
We have a FAIRTRADE Stall on the 3rd Wednesday of each month in the Bistro shop area.
